Description: At the San Gabriel/Pomona PARENTS' PLACE, we are dedicated to providing hope and support to families with children and young adults with special needs across the San Gabriel and Pomona valleys. Our Family Resource & Empowerment Center offers essential services to enhance family-focused care in a parent-driven environment. We serve families with children aged 0-26 and individuals through the Community Navigator Program from birth to end of life. Our core services include up-to-date information, training, education, IEP, ADR, transition to adult life, referrals, and peer support in English, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese. We strive to empower families and strengthen our community through dedicated support, events, and valuable resources.
